This was an emergency stopover that was booked quickly at the last minute due to airline disruption. We were very pleased with the property. The price, the cleanliness, the location, everything worked out really good for us. If I was ever in Alicante again I would definitely re-book!!!

Mi è piaciuta molto dove era collocata . Vicino alla stazione dei tram e vicino a tante fermate dei bus.

Buona posizione , con bar e servizi vari nelle vicinanze . Quartiere carino visitabile a piedi con una piazza molto bella a 2 passi .
La mancanza strutturale di parcheggi per l’auto , motivo per cui non sceglierei più questa struttura . Ciò mi ha creato molti disagi ed ho anche preso una multa per parcheggio vietato .

Les personnes qui gèrent cet établissement sont charmants, disponibles et à l’écoute.
L’emplacement était correct, avec de nombreux commerces aux alentours et deux lockers pour y stocker les bagages avant votre arrivée ou après votre départ de la chambre.
La chambre est jolie, la pression dans la douche très agréable et il y avait un grand dressing.
La porte de la chambre était difficile à ouvrir.
Il n’y a pas de vmc, par conséquent la chambre sent l’humidité, il y a quelques zones qui commencent à moisir au pied des murs, au plafond ou dans la douche. C’est dommage parce que les pierres apparentes donnent un vrai charme à cette pièce.
Comme indiqué dans plusieurs commentaires, il n’y a pas de lumière du jour dans la chambre, ça ne nous a pas posé de problème mais c’est effectivement très sombre.
Concernant la literie, il était indiqué lit king size mais il nous a semblé très petit.
C’est très calme dans le logement, malheureusement il y avait des travaux dans l’immeuble lors de notre dernier jour et ils ont commencé très tôt.
