The location of this rental is absolutely perfect and makes everything accessible within 10-20 minutes. Żabka is right by the main building door which makes grabbing any last minute necessities a breeze. The rental is spacious and bright and the double locked entrance doors add an extra sense of security.
The rental is in a bit of a disheveled conditioned. At first look it will pass but if you look closer there is a lot of dirty spots, stains, goos and gunks. The couch has massive icky looking stains, there is spiderwebs everywhere, sticky stuff on the walls - I even found an old fry on the floor. The previous tenants left a broken apart danish for the pigeons on the window sill, which I’m sure they did in good spirits but pigeons don’t hang out at that height and I wish that was cleaned up.
The apartment is also not stocked very well. I did appreciate having the laundry machine and laundry pods and that definetly saved me a lot of time, but a lack of scissors and knives that are dull were definetly a negative.
If you are a light sleeper, this rental is not for you. There is a lot of sounds from the street at all times, and the walls are so thin that it sounds like your neighbors are in the apartment with you. The entire apartment also shakes, a lot.
Be extremely cautious using the shower. The shower head and ceiling is very short, plus getting in and out can be quite dangerous. At the time of my visit, the shower head was poorly installed.
You will have to log into your subscription accounts to watch anything on the projector.
The host was able to let me check in at 11am instead of 3pm which I appreciated, however the host stopped responding to my messages when discussing this arrangement and when I arrived in Poland I also recieved no response to my calls and text messages so I actually had no idea if the early check in was possible, or how to get into the building until past 11am.
I would also advise to include a picture in the listing of which door to go through for the apartments. Google lists the address as the doors on the opposite side of the street and the door code also works for those.

En plena calle Florianska. Ubicación inmejorable, en todo el centro.
Anfitriona muy amable, le pedimos una fregona para poder limpiar el suelo en nuestra estancia y al siguiente día ya la teníamos.
Buena calidad/precio.
La bañera era muy difícil acceder a ella, ya que era un plato de ducha pero estaba en alto como una bañera . Y la puerta para acceder era muy estrecha , aun siendo delgada y joven nos costaba muchísimo entrar y salir.
En POLONIA no se estilan las persianas, entonces solo disponemos de cortinas para poder dormir sin luz. En este caso, el alojamiento tenía una cortina muy estrecha por la que entraba toda la luz desde las 5 de la mañana y nos despertaba cada día.
El sofá cama muy incómodo .
No obstante, nos costó 680€ (600€ por booking más 80€ en mano) por 8 noches 4 adultos y 1 niño, un precio adecuado en relación calidad/precio.

Skvělá lokalita, kousek od nádraží a přímo v historickém centru, pár kroků od náměstí. Výhled z okna přímo na Florianskou bránu. Zajímavý nápad s reproduktorem, který promítá na stěnu TV, ocenili jsme možnost sledovat TV jako v kině, jedinečný zážitek. Byt je dobře vybaven, čistý, postele pohodlné, měli jsme zde skvělý pobyt a jsem ráda, že jsem vybrala toto ubytování, příště bych ho zvolila znovu.

Idealna lokalizacja, bardzo ładny, ciepły i czysty apartament, na jakiekolwiek pytania właścicielka pani Weronika odpisuje natychmiast, wszystkiego pod dostatkiem: ręczniki, suszarka, gel, herbata, jest nawet pralka. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Dziękuję za gościnę
