Tbe design and overall facilities were quite new, staff were quite friendly as well, location is strategic with Mart and massage shop nearby.
The water heater only works for 30 minutes at a time, and you have to wait another hour before getting another 30 minutes of hot water. This is terrible, especially for a standard hotel where guests should reasonably expect access to hot showers without such restrictions.
When I raised this issue with the staff, the guy told me, “Other customers have raised this issue as well, but they were fine when we told them that the shower only works for 30 minutes each round.” I then asked if they were expecting me to be fine with it as well, and he simply answered **YES**.
He also claimed that two ladies taking a shower within 30 minutes should be “totally sufficient,” which I found extremely unreasonable and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff basically expected customers to accept an inconvenient limitation as though it were perfectly normal.
Besides that, the hygiene could definitely be improved. The bathroom floor was quite sticky and dirty, which made me question whether the floor is properly cleaned and mopped after every checkout.
Overall, the biggest issue is not only the water heater limitation, but also the attitude of the staff when the problem was raised. Guests should not be expected to simply accept poor facilities and inconvenient policies.
