We had a 2 bedroom apartment, both beds were comfortable, good mattresses.
Shower pressure fantastic & water heated quickly.
Lounge area spacious, plenty of light, comfortable sofas.
Location good, quiet, no noise from the street, but still very close to cafes & restaurants & can be easily reached in a car.
You can explore Tay Ho on foot.
Cups were small so we bought mugs.
Otherwise place was great.

El departamento fue un sueño! Todo tal cual las fotografías ✨ También está muy cerca de West Lake y tiene una vista preciosa desde la calle
No había sartenes para cocinar. Y a veces solo agua fría.

The apartment is nice. We had the first floor but it smells really bad so we ask to change and they put us on the second floor
The staff asked to cancel our booking on the app to pay them directly. The cancellation was not free on booking so We refused and they said we were not allowed to check in before 2pm if we don’t. We kept the booking as it is and they finally accepted the check in. The guy on the phone was on the phone and quite rude/agressive because we did not want to cancel our booking.
