We’ve visited New York many times but this was the first with our 17 month baby and we decided to stay in Hoboken as more room & not as busy as Manhattan. The apartment was perfect for our stay ! Safe location, all the amenities we needed - I described it as a home away from home. Perfect for a family trip. The shuttle bus to the terminal was fantastic and meant we could travel into Manhattan a few days with ease ( and with a baby !)
The apartment is so clean & well kept with everything you could possibly need.
The hosts were fantastic and provided any help we needed about questions on location etc.
We will return to New York and will be arranging to stay here again.

The apartment located in Jersey which is great if you want a break from the city. Easy to take the PATH train to get back into to NYC. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 5. The small things were included (dishwasher tablets, laundry tabs, kitchen roll etc), all stuff that is a pain to buy on a short trip. The apartment is spacious and with two good sized bedrooms and a good sofa bed in the living room.
The building amenities with roof top pools, BBQ area, sauna and gym are fantastic. You get a great view of the city from PH3 Roof terrace, and you can see the Statue of Liberty.

Very clean and inviting. Lovely building and convenient location. The city view from the livingroom is exceptional. The pool was super warm and clean.
