We were two people checking in, and the apartment was spacious enough for us. The two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host/landlord was easy to contact via WhatsApp or Booking.com messages. There are several supermarkets nearby, which makes it easy to get daily supplies.
Guests are required to pay the city/tourist tax via a Stripe payment link provided by the host. However, given the growing number of online fraud cases, I had concerns about the security and authenticity of the payment link. I was also uncertain whether the host who sent it was genuine or a fraudulent landlord/scammer. Although I was initially concerned about the security of the payment link, I eventually decided to proceed with the payment, and everything turned out fine. I would suggest that the host let Booking.com handle the collection of the city tax.
For travelers with suitcases, this apartment may be a bit far from Termini Station, requiring about a 20-minute walk with luggage. If you don't want to walk while pulling a heavy suitcase, you can also get there by bus or Uber.

Die komfortable Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen und dennoch lebendigen Stadtteil. Es gab in kürzester Entfernung alles, was man so braucht: Café/Bars, gute, nicht teure Restaurants (Tipps des hosts), Bäckerei, Eisdiele, Supermarkt, Bushaltestellen...Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll.
Wer gerne selbst kocht, vermisst evtl. ein paar Küchenutensilien wie Schneidebrett, eine gute Reibe, Schüsselchen.

Posizione strategica, a 15mn dalla stazione a piedi, tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Nell' appartamento si può dire che c è tutto, mancava solo la tovaglia. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e di qualità
Stanchi dal viaggio in treno, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo entrare due ore prima dell orario di check in. Ci è stato detto di sì ma con un costo aggiuntivo . Forse il prezzo della casa va ad ora? Eppure il check out l abbiamo fatto 3 ore prima, ma qui nessuna eccezione.

Il nostro soggiorno e' stato breve e avevamo bisogno di essere vicini alla Sapienza. Il posto era perfetto. Il meteo e i tempi non ci hanno permesso di fare altro, per cui non saprei se per i luoghi classici d' interesse la posizione possa essere comoda. E' comunque vicino alla stazione Termini e a qualsiasi cosa di cui si abbia bisogno. Host sempre disponibile. Pienamente e piacevolmente soddisfatti
Non ho nessuna critica da fare.
