Location is excellent and nice bonus to be able to get our subscriptions on the tv
Stairs to the top floor are a killer and the decor is a bit outdated but it didn’t make any difference to our stay

Our host Claire was so lovely and welcoming even offered to help carry our bags to our room.
The hotel was immaculately clean and cosy.
Our hotel room was brilliant, very comfortable clean bed. The bathroom was spotless. The room even had a fridge!
The location of this place was excellent opposite the sandcastle, pier and the beach !!!
We would highly recommend this hotel.
There was nothing we didn't like at this hotel it was fantastic.

Location was very good
We stayed 2 nights 2 adults 3 children towels didn't get changed used the same ones no soap or shampoo for shower basin soap finished tea and coffee not topped up
