Eigentlich alles! Das Zimmer ist schön und groß, das Bett ist bequem und es gibt auch einen Rollladen. Es ist außerdem alles sehr sauber und recht neu. Toll fand ich auch, dass es in der Küche Kaffee gibt sowie die Möglichkeit, sich auf den gemeinsamen genutzten Balkon zu setzen. Das Bad ist ziemlich neu gemacht und daher wirklich schön. Es liegt auf der anderen Seite des Flurs, daran gewöhnt man sich aber schnell. Ich persönlich mag auch die Lage, da man von Tiburtina aus schnell am Kolosseum ist oder in jedem anderen Zug, jedoch nicht im Trubel des Zentrums ist.
Einziges Manko ist, dass der Rollladen nicht komplett schließt, aber das Zimmer lässt sich trotzdem gut abdunkeln

A limpeza e a organização do espaço são excelentes. Apesar de não ficar muito próximo das principais atrações de Roma, a proximidade com o metro facilita muito a mobilidade. Alem disso, para quem chega pelo aeroporto, o trem regional deixa muito proximo da residência (10 min caminhando). O bairro também é muito bom, com mercados, padarias, pizzarias e outras facilidades.
Em geral, gostamos de tudo. Contudo, uma coisa que não ficou clara é que havia espaços compartilhados na casa (cozinha, sala, etc.). Não foi um problema porque os banheiros e os quartos são individuais e a casa só tem 3 quartos. Mas seria bom se isso estivesse mais claro no anúncio.
