This is a lovely boutique hotel in the Lower Garden District!
I am selling my house here in New Orleans this week
Now I have a new place to stay when I come back to visit
The street is a bit noisy because my room is in the first floor right off of the street

Just great. Staff helpful and friendly
Nothing but I might suggest try put down drylock in bathroom area. Very slippery and I know they have someone who mops it but it just takes one person to slip…

I have asked for a quite room beforehand and i was provided with the one. So, it was very quite and clean. Thank you guys very much for considering my little request :)
The stuff was exceptional!
That most of the pool beds were reserved at 9 am already but no one was using them almost until 3-4 pm

The location was excellent if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of French quarters.. hotel located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome! Best swim up bar. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The air conditioning system was pleasant given the hot and humid weather but could’ve been strategically planned better in the room so as to avoid sleeping with the vents blowing directly on our heads! Brain freeze… 😅
