This is a wonderful large unit near the Basilica di Santa Chiara - which makes it near the uphill Porta Nuova gate - so stay on the bus until it circles Assisi to this end of town to avoid the very long walk with luggage. We had a little trouble finding the unit in the narrow, winding, confusing streets BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WATCH THE VIDEO. Our hosts send us a video in WHatsapp with exactly how to find the unit and the door codes, etc - but I thought it was a What-to-do-Assisi video and skipped it!! The unit has two generous bedrooms - both with modern ensuite s - a large kitchen/lounge/dining area, a washing machine and an upstairs balcony with hillside views of the Umbrian countryside below - PERFECT FOR SUNSET APERITIVOS. Every street in Assisi seems to have a cafe or restaurant and our street is no exception - there is literally a restaurant at our front door - and the food was great. We absolutely loved our 4 night stay here.

Ma più di tutto ad incorniciare il nostro splendido soggiorno e’ stato salire su in terrazza e goderci il meraviglioso panorama 🤩😍.
Grazie ancora ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

The apartment had good AC during a hot week. The deck up top was fabulous but it was too hot until 7:00pm to enjoy. An umbrella would help but understand the complications. Location was superb and quiet. Having a good restaurant below was ideal. Communication was good.
We had a car and paid parking nearby was always full from noon until 8:00pm. Free parking is possible but 1 km away. Lugging luggage was hard work and we are fit. Having a drop off close by the apartment would have been great.

Šeimininkai buvo nepasiekiami. Neatsakė nei telefonu nei į žinutes. Nebuvo net muilo vonios kambariuose.
Informaqciją apie patekimą į apartamentus atsiuntė filmuota medžiaga. Ant namo net nėra numerio, klausinėjome visų kaimynų, kuris čia 6, niekas nežino. Nuolat dingdavo elektra, kai užkaisdavome virdulį.
