It’s a really spacious apartment - the photos are very accurate - with a separate kitchen, a living/dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom. It has its own entrance so feels very private. Everything was really clearly labelled and I had plenty of towels, etc. Being in the basement, it stayed really cool which was great for how hot it was out, and there was a heater in case it got cold which you’d probably want in winter. The owner was super responsive and helpful. The price was great and felt like excellent value for money, and the kitchen was really convenient. There were some nice touches like free water in the fridge too, which I really appreciated.
Not necessarily problems, but things to bear in mind. Toronto is a very big city and the apartment is quite far out. It will take you at least an hour to get to where you want to go, but buses were fairly regular and easy to use. Being in the basement, noise from above does come through quite a lot, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. It also doesn’t really get any natural light, which is fine if you’re out all day but again worth noting. Kitchen was largely well stocked apart from cooking utensils - a few more wood spoons, tongs, etc would be good but I managed.

Alles. Vivian war ein sehr netter Host. Immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Kostenlose Getränke und Wasser auch! Sehr sehr grosszügig. Wir haben vor allem das Plastik Geschirr Geschätzt. Plastik Gläser und Teller. Während unsere 10 tägigen Aufenthalt konnten wir unsere Kleider auch waschen, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Wir durften auch etwas später auschecken, was sehr grosszügig war. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Buse fahren regelmässig. Direkt neben der Wohnung hat es günstige Restaurants und Läden wie dollarama und Giant Tiger.
Wir kommen auch jeden Fall gerne nochmals!

The apartment was big and clean with everything you need for a lovely stay, there was cola,water, beer , biscuits and coffee and even extra toiletries etc incase you forgot to get them.. the heating fan was not working but the land lady give me another one the same day.. she also allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer and leave later on the last day without any extra pay... will definitely stay again but will make sure to rent a car for the duration.. the apartment was good value for money..
The apartment is underground so don't get a lot of sunlight and it is a good distance from the city , so had to get 2 buses and one metro to get to down town which takes about one hour...

The location was easy to get to from Toronto with a bus and train that ran every 5 mins
