Designed for comfort and privacy, this top-floor retreat includes a main residence and a private casita—ideal for families or groups traveling together. The home features a spacious, modern interior with sleek contemporary décor and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Relax in the full living room or step outside to the stunning terrace, perfect for enjoying ocean breezes, morning coffee, or sunset wine with unforgettable views. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two double beds and its own bathroom, and a private casita featuring a king bed and bathroom, offering a flexible layout for larger groups while maintaining privacy and comfort throughout. Additional conveniences include a 1/2 bathroom and two assigned parking spaces in the garage, along with provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels, making your stay easy and enjoyable from arrival to beach day. Note: There is an owner suite (not used) on the right side of the house that is off-limits and is locked.

This was the perfect set up for our trip- beautiful view of the ocean and lots of places to check out for both moms and girls! The place was immaculate and had very nice updated design. Perfect for groups or families. I am definitely coming back!

This property was spectacular!!! Walking in the view was breathtaking and my wife absolutely loved it. We had a blast walking through downtown, checking out all the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and the walk to the pier made for a beautiful sunset walk!
