Centrally located in the heart of phoenix, this space offers a convenient outlet to anywhere in the valley. Steps away from the walkable/Bike-able salt river canal, you can find everything you need less than a mile in any direction.
Enjoy libations at the neighborhood Bar/Restaurt 1 block away. Or the local brewery situated on the canal. The space is located between 3 major hospitals,The VA hospital, St Joes and Phoenix Childrens Hopital. Downtown PHX is only 3 miles away and old town scottsdale, a quick 20 minute drive.
