The property is fantastic, it is located in a quite lively road (with enough foot traffic but not over crowded), there’s literally a major supermarket around the corner and a metro station down the road. We found the location fantastic, easy reach of the old quarter or the surrounding areas for dinner, and we felt very safe walking around even at odd hours into the night. You’re also 1-2 blocks from major shopping strip.The building itself has a 24h porter and many elevators.
Regarding the house, it has a large bathroom, exactly like the photos, with a wide shower and washing machine. There kitchen is quite compact, a bit difficult to cook but nothing that is not shown on the photos. We also enjoyed being warmly welcomed by our host (Aura) who was easily reachable throughout our stay.
We had mentioned to the host that some kitchen items had not been properly cleaned, and that some kitchen utensils could do with an update. Also, the house itself was quite dusty and the sofa was in need of a deep clean. Additionally, the sheets were quite worn and with some tears, and the pillows could definitely do with an update. I believe these items could be easily solved and would make the property outstanding. Nevertheless i would book the place again.

Innanzitutto l'accoglienza di Filippo: è stato superlativo, ci ha dato un'infinità di consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Credetemi, i suoi consigli vi cambieranno in positivo la vacanza.
La posizione dell'appartamento è in pieno centro hai tutto il meglio del centro di Valencia a distanza di 5-10 minuti a piedi.
Sì come noi arrivate con l'auto ci sono numerosi parcheggi a brevissima distanza dall'appartamento che possono essere prenotati in anticipo tramite Parkclick. Noi abbiamo scelto quello di fronte al mercato Colòn.
Quando torneremo a Valencia, sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento!

Il bagno molto spazioso, appartamento piccolo ma accogliente e rifornito di tutto ciò che serve
Purtroppo non si riusciva a oscurare molto bene la veranda e quindi la luce della mattina passava e illuminava la camera
