Great location, comfortable and great host

Location was great, Tesco a few doors away and so are takeaways and bakery. The car park is a few minutes walk away. It was nice that tea and coffee, dairy and alternative milk was supplied. Pretty sure that the toilet is inhabited by moaning Myrtle, as it randomly groans and at times empties the cistern 😆

The flats above have tenants who work, and we have a sensitive to noises dog, so woken by the dog early weekday mornings.......... But that's more our dog than the accomodation!

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and fell well below the standard I would expect from an accommodation lis

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly below expectations. 1. Unclean bed linen: The bed sheet in one of the bedrooms had very obvious stains and did not appear to have been replaced before our check-in. 2. Unclean towel: The shower towel provided in the bedroom also had very large, visible stains and was clearly not clean. 3. Strong mould smell: There was a persistent smell of mould throughout the entire flat, which was particularly unpleasant at night and made it very difficult for me to sleep. 4. Poor response to the issues: I contacted both Booking customer service and the property owner immediately on the day of arrival to report these issues. Unfortunately, the responses were very slow and the problems were not resolved during our stay. As a result, I had no choice but to end my stay early.
