The location was great for attending a concert at Roger’s Arena. No commute after the show!!
The pool/hot tub/sauna were listed as “open 23hrs/day, closed 10-11am for cleaning” but the pool is closed overnight, from 11pm-6am.

The apartment was clean, the host was responsive, the facilities were good. The apartment had everything you could need even an airfryer. TV also in the bedroom. Lots of viewing options. Good wifi. Secure parking with a dedicated parking space. Nice view from the 16th floor with a good airflow if you opened the windows. Three spacious lifts so luggage wasn't an issue.
Shops all around from a supermarket to a subway. Short stroll to the train and walking distance to the car hire and cruise terminal which was our main reason for choosing it.
We visited Whistler, Capilano and Stanley Park which were easy to get to from the apartment using our hire car and well worth the effort.
A few minor things that did not really effect our stay significantly.
There was a strong smell of spicy food that was evident every time you opened the front door. The kettle didn't work but the host was quick to offer a solution.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable.
It would have been tight for 4 people.
Probably not the greatest suburb in Vancouver from a safety perspective but the car park underground and the apartment felt secure.
If you have mobility issues be aware the shower is in the bath.
The apartment is the principal residence of the owner and there were an awful lot of rules that I found off putting personally. Don't wear shoes, don't sit on the antique chair, don't scuff the walls, don't wipe make-up on the towels etc.

Excellent location in a recent quality development on the edge of Chinatown and 1 km from downtown. Elegantly furnished flat, all appliances very good (special mention for washer/dryer and superfast WiFi). But the star feature is the flat’s glass front: magnificent and ever changing view of Vancouver’s towers. Highly recommended
