The room did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. The walls were dirty, the furniture had visible stains, and there was dust on the air-conditioning unit. The entrance to the property was also poorly maintained, and the ashtray by the entrance appeared not to have been cleaned for a considerable period of time.

The location was decent, a couple of minutes from Waseda Station, and there was also a bus station next to it.
It had pretty much everything we needed.
It is small, but we knew that from before (also, a lot of places in Japan are like this).
You can open the window only when you are at home because it is at street level.
On the first night at 3 AM, some (I suppose drunk or confused) Japanese guys tried to enter our apartment, and they also rang the bell a few times. Later, I figured that they were trying to find the reception, and since the apartment at the street level is the first when you enter the building, that could make sense. But the building has no reception. It also happened during the day with other tourists looking for the reception and knocking on our door. Book the bigger apartments to avoid this.

A törölközőről valamilyen fehér szösz tapadt ránk, mint valami ágynemű töltő anyaga. Az egyik agy nagyon kemény volt. A lépcsőház pedig koszos.
