立地がとても良く、新宿から数駅の閑静な住宅街にあった。雨の日の移動だったが駅の出入り口も近く出かけるのが苦にならなかった。ワンフロアに1部屋。防犯のためのロックもしっかりしていた。道向こうには銭湯、隣にはサイゼリアとスーパー、少し歩けばセブンイレブン、ファミリーマート、まいばすけっと、ライフがあり、便利だった。部屋の設備は冷蔵庫が大きく、長期滞在でもたくさん保管できそうだった。台風時期の滞在だったが、濡れた上着や洗濯物も浴室乾燥でよく乾いたので便利だった。浴槽は大きくはないが、テレビを見ながら入ることができた。
仕事や勉強ができるような高さの机は無く、サイドテーブルが2つとテレビの下のローテーブルが1つあった。食事はソファかベッドに座って食べるしかない。家族4人で窮屈とまではいかないが、広くはなかった。

The place was just the opposite of the train station. Had a fruit and veggies shop next door. Was reasonably comfortable.
It was noisy nighttime. Seems it was close to the hospital, and they used to run very loud ambulance cars during the night and early morning. Also, the sofa bed, which is considered a bed for the fourth person, is not really a proper bed. Basically, this place is for three people only.

De locatie is echt geweldig. Vlak tegenover het metrostation.
Er viel helemaal niets tegen. Het appartement is niet zo groot als je met 4 grote mensen onderweg bent. Maar dat is heel normaal in Japan, dus echt geen klagen.

Very quiet neighbourhood, a minute walk from the train, and very comfortable stay for the three of us (mom and twin daughters).
