This spacious two-bedroom will have a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen in the guest bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, two bathrooms and patio/balcony.

WiFi available for a nominal fee paid to the resort. Pool hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The Splash Pad is located near Building 8. Hours may vary based on season and weather.
Each unit will receive two free parking passes. Front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Minimum age to rent 21. The resort will require a $250 security deposit taken in the form of a credit card authorization. Your card will not be charged unless there are fees charged to the room or there is damage to your unit.

Coachella weekend so prices are what they are. Place was great, same as most worldmark. It was missing a few things like conditioner in one bathroom but when we used it was pretty poor quality so recommend bringing your own. Pools and property were fantastic, staff was wonderful. No issues. Didn't try too hard to pitch the timeshare aspect and respected the second no. Overall would recommend, good location and great setup with everything you could need or want.
