That there was so many things to do for adults and kids

Extremely clean Cute towels in the bathroom Felt very welcoming, especially when we first got there

Wouldn’t take charge to the room at Starbucks Better choices of food on the property

Everything was great!

We've been here before, but this is our first time in the first floor. When we were about to leave we found a black widow spider next to the sofa on the carpet. We let housekeeper lady know for her safety. Other than that everything was great!

Upon arrival was a mess, I got a call while driving 365 miles there that they cancel my room because they over booked. I was so upset because I had booked my room a month in advance. If thwy knew they over booked why call the day off when im on my way. As I arrived the staff was rude and stated well your nit a vip so we had gave a vip member your room. Like I told them I booked a month in advance and my family and my self was not leaving we drove to far. But there was 1 worked who stood out and did all he could to make my family feel welcomed. His name was Andre and he did an excellent job. He really deserves a raise he helped out a lot of ppl that was begin turned away that had booked in advance like out family. Thanks to that man my family was pleased.
