L’appartamento è in una buona posizione, è un quartiere residenziale per cui non c’è molto, ma si sono 2 fermate del bus a pochi metri per cui in poco tempo si riesce a raggiungere il centro. Vicino c’è anche un supermercato raggiungibile a piedi. La proprietaria è disponibile per chiarimenti o necessità.
Il letto è molto piccolo e fai un po’ fatica a starci dentro. La televisione è piccolissima e non riesci a vedere nulla. Gli asciugamani che ci ha fornito per fare la doccia avevano un cattivo odore, cosi come il bagno. La porta scorrevole della terrazza si chiudeva, ma non si poteva bloccare, per cui era apribile anche dall’esterno. Fortunatamente l’appartamento è al quarto piano per cui è difficile che qualcuno entri, però non è piacevole dormire sapendo che la porta della terrazza è aperta.

Buen lugar, en especial si vas a un concierto gracias a su cercanía con el Estadio Ciudad de Valencia. Limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. El entorno es genial y el barrio está bien.

Wir sind sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Unterkunft und auch so in Valencia gekommen. In Nähe der Wohnung waren mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten verfügbar. Die Wohnung selbst war völlig ausreichend und sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war per whatsapp und Übersetzer sehr gut. Es gab sogar einen süßen Willkommensgruß!:)
Die Bäume vor dem Haus haben sich jeden Tag über das angesammelte Wasser der Klimaanlage gefreut.
Die Stadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch oder trotz der manchmal unschönen Bauruinen.
Die zweite Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
Das Taxi zum Abflug/Flughafen ist nicht gekommen, obwohl mein Mann es am Tag zuvor bestellt hatte. ...wir mussten per Anhalter und Zufall auf eine Mitnahme hoffen.
