This was exactly what we needed - a large space for the 7 people in our group, a short uber ride from UMass Boston. It was nice, clean, affordable. The hostess let us bring our luggage before check in, which was extremely convenient. A 15 minute walk from the T stop.
This is not a complaint, but the metro runs very close to the property, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also not a complaint, but the only coffee mugs available are too tall to fit in the microwave, making heating drinks rather difficult.

Apartment is very comfortable, lots of room and everything you need for a week trip. It can sleep up to 14 people. The bedrooms are roomy and the place is remodeled with new appliances and updated furnishings. Dish washer, washer and dryer are included. The best part is the two restrooms, both with showers. Close the Red Line, .04 miles.
If sensitive, the train runs behind the house, owner provided ear buds if needed but we were all ok, it wasn’t a big deal.
