Excellent location for both the old city and the Bastide. Very comfortable bed and it was generally quiet. Although it was EUR7 per day, we used Parking Gambetta since we were out and about by car most days. It was the closest and avoided the nightmare one way system in the Bastide. Hand soap was provided but no shower gel. There was also washing up liquid, some dishwasher tablets (enough for a couple of days), some oil, salt & pepper, though not sure if these are provided or just leftovers from pervious stays. Reasonably well equipped but more crockery would have been appreciated to avoid having to put the dishwasher on so often.
Just a few things that could have been provided: A hairdryer would have been appreciated and only one hand towel was provided for two people. I have long hair so need my own hand towel just for drying my hair. There was also no dishcloth for wiping the kitchen area and table.
We were also given the wrong lockbox code but got an immediate response and it was sorted very quickly.

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo y decorado con gusto. La ubicación está genial, hay para aparcar sin coste cerca. La persona que gestiona el apartamento es muy amable y nos dejaron entrar un poco antes de la hora. Había unas cápsulas de café de cortesía.
Hay obras en el edificio y está todo bastante sucio. Al entrar la primera impresión es mala. Luego el aparcamiento está muy bien.
Otras cosas negativas son las almohadas de la habitación , no son almohadas son una especie de cojines suuuuper bajos, así que muy mal. Y el colchón también bastante malo, blando. Para un par de noches que estuvimos nosotros, bueno, pero para más noches, no.
Por otro lado, en el baño la ducha genial, pero la taza del water está súper alta. Tienen como un escalón para acceder pero no es cómoda. Un detalle es que dejaron muy poco papel higiénico y tuvimos que comprar. No había gel para la ducha, por lo que también mal. Por último, la puerta de entrada del apartamento se cierra bastante mal, tiene un sistema raro.

La ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca del centro histórico de Carcasonne. El alojamiento disponía de todo lo necesario para alojarnos, y estaba todo muy limpio. El desayuno no venía incluido.
El colchón de la habitación es corto, y muy delgado. Se nota que lo han reutilizado de un sofá. No dispone de almohadas. Únicamente hay cojines, y son muy bajos. La taza del w.c. está muy alta, y es preciso usar un taburete para llegar a ella, lo que no resulta muy cómodo. El armario de la habitación principal resulta muy pequeño.

The interior of the appartment was super nice and had everything that was needed and clean. The locations is also excellent, just near the bridge to the old city. Every place worth a visit was walkable. There was enough free parking around as well.
The building was completely under construction. There was building material and dust all over the corridor. While the room itself was ok, the dust and the unclean corridor just before the door to the room was very unpleasant and we didn't expect it that way.
