We changed our accommodation from a charming renovated flat in an old building nearby to this flat because it has air conditioning, which was essential during the recent heatwave in the EU. That turned out to be a very smart decision, as Vienna was still quite hot!
The flat is on the ground floor facing the courtyard of a modern building. We usually don’t like ground-floor apartments due to security concerns and potential drain smells. However, this flat had absolutely no smell and felt very secure because it features a fenced-in terrace running the full length of the flat, along with blackout shades.
Overall, the apartment is clean, spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. It was great to have a walk-in closet and a large main bathroom. The additional half-bath with the washing machine was also spacious and fully stocked with all kinds of detergents and cleaning products. The alcove kitchen is small but well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better. It is a short walk to the Museumsquartier, Innere Stadt, and the Naschmarkt, yet the immediate neighborhood doesn't feel overly touristy. There are many nice restaurants, cafes, and cute shops nearby. Plus, a Bio-Markt is right next door, and a Billa grocery store is just a block away. To top it all off, Ella was a very responsive host!
The only negative, as a previous review mentioned, is that the space between the bottom of the bedframe and the wall is only about 25 cm. Even though I am small, it was still a bit hard to squeeze past!

My family and I were able to stay in this wonderful apartment and truly enjoy Vienna. Of course, the apartment itself, the facilities, the location, and the surrounding shops were excellent, but the most wonderful thing was Ms. Ella Wagner's quick and kind response. There was a minor issue, but they responded promptly and didn't make me feel anxious at all—it was an excellent service. From the bottom of my heart, Ms. Thank you, Ella. If I get the chance, I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung ist groß und insgesamt ruhig.
Der Schlüssel befand sich in einer Schlüsselkassette mit Code, die nur sehr schwer zu öffnen war, da sie eingefroren und im Gras auf einem öffentlichen Gehweg platziert war.
Auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer konnte man nicht schlafen, da es sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand befindet.
Die Möbel sind allgemein alt und abgenutzt.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls in schlechtem Zustand: Es gibt keinen Deckenleuchter, sondern nur eine kleine Lampe; die Tassen sind stark abgenutzt und die Messer sind nahezu unbrauchbar.
Die Heizung funktionierte nicht ausreichend, sodass es in der Wohnung kalt war.
Obwohl wir vier Nächte geblieben sind, gab es nur jeweils ein Set Handtücher (ein kleines und ein großes pro Person).
Die Wohnung liegt in einem geschlossenen Innenhof eines verbundenen Gebäudekomplexes. Die großen Glasfronten zeigen in diesen Innenhof, wodurch die Wohnung insgesamt recht dunkel ist.
