The cleanliness and size of the room, the staff arrived during every turnover of other guests, they were very efficient and friendly, always made sure the ammenities were stocked. The washing machine was also very nice.
For the amount of rooms, there being only one toilet and shower, seemingly no options for hanging and drying clothes.

The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Free WiFi and a good distance from the train station. Staff were very helpful over email.
Shared property with permanent residents. Residents can be noisy and untidy. The hot water in the shower is intermittent... the shower could do with a deep clean. The washing machine was cold wash only. The oven in the kitchen doesn't work, but there are 2 plug-in cooker tops.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a wet towel left on the back of the door in the bedroom but 2 fresh towels were supplied.
The bathroom needs a good clean. There was black mould on the ceiling on the shower and the grout in the bathroom was grubby and lots of tiles were broken. The shower floor was very grubby as well and the entire bathroom could do with stripping back and renovating.
