Great location and exactly as described. Rooms were comfortable and for the price you can’t say it’s not a 10.
Only issue was the bathroom smelt of smoke, apart from that this was a perfect budget friendly hostel!

The accommodation was clean, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. The location was convenient, very close to the bus route, making it easy to pick up passengers. The amenities were excellent. I will return on my next vacation.

Nice having a double bed in a hostel dorm
There was hot water but the shower didn’t stay up on the wall
The locker under the bed is decently sized
The cleaning staff were very good and kept everything tidy and clean

DONT BOOK BUS WITH THEM! We had booked 9:30pm sleeper bus to Sapa, stood outside ready from 9:10pm, someone eventually came around 9:45pm ish, and then after a long time said we had to follow her to another place for pick up. She drove her motorbike while us and another couple had to essentially run after her as she was driving down a dual carriage way and telling us to hurry, she kept telling us ‘5 more minutes’ we didn’t get on our bus until 11pm. Book your bus literally anywhere else, it won’t collect you from the hostel so!!
The worst bed I’ve stayed in, the pillow was like a rock. We had 4 nights here and it was the worst sleep I’ve gotten in a LONG time. I was using my jumper as a pillow theirs was so solid.
Felt like an inconvenience to staff whenever we needed anything like checking in felt like we were bothering them, everytime we walked through reception they would just look at us or go silent when we walked through, however there was one girl who was very nice
There is also 0 social aspect to this hostel, if you’re looking for anything lively don’t stay here
