Lemon Hotel set a new standard to hostels services for a such good price. Location is amazing, near to bus station, 5 minutes to subway and West lake and night market are just around the corner! Beds are super comfortable and amenities (shower, toilet) are spacious! Also, the stuff are super helpful with all your inquiries (They have even assisted me to get a refund for something I've paid twice out of error)

The compact windowless room was comfortable, clean and cool for a one-night stay. I liked that there was one sensor light for convenience and safety (if I remember correctly, it was located below the bed). I cannot comment on the showers, but the rest of the bathroom facilities were spacious and clean. Location is very close to West Lake.
The walls are thin so you can hear other guests. The staff were not especially welcoming, but neither overtly rude.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible especially Quorra who speaks English very well and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this hotel especially as a foreigner!
