The host gave me a run around. His assistant was no help and they ignored my calls and messages. I spent 3 hours in a pa

The host gave me a run around. His assistant was no help and they ignored my calls and messages. I spent 3 hours in a parking lot in downtown LA waiting for them to contact me so my family and I could get checked in. Parking was $30 a night when it states $16 in the policies. I literally felt like they were scamming me. I wish I read into the reviews before I decided to book with this host. There way of checking in is ridiculous!! Wasted my time and my money. They said they couldn’t accommodate my family after 3 hours of waiting for them to contact me so we could get checked in after a 10 hour drive. I wouldn’t waste my time with this host.

Comfortable Stay for families

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with kitchenware for cooking, there were plenty of towels and linens, the tubs were huge and can fit 2 avg size people. I also liked that parking is within the same building and the elevator takes you from parking to your apartment floor
