De vriendelijke respons van het personeel.
De ligging van het appartement.
Het appartement was wat krapjes als de bedbank was uitgeklapt.
Het zou fijn zijn als er een paar basisbenodigdheden: zout, peper, olie, misschien wat koffie en thee aanwezig zouden zijn in het appartement.
Verder was alles prima!

Location was fantastic! Staff was very helpful.
Sadly, the air condition broke down after my first night, and there was need for external service that was not available for many days, so I ended up with having to stay without A/C for 6 nights during a heatwave, reaching 39 degrees towards the end of my stay. The staff of course provided me with a fan, and tried anything to help me. In the end they offered me a free taxi to Barcelona airport and refunded 5% of the cost of my stay. All in all, I was very happy, and had an interesting time in trying how my Nordic body handles 39 degrees in no A/C. The nights weren’t all that bad, and cafes and restaurants have A/C anyway. Will look up Bravissimo on my next visit.

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Mit dem Aufzug vor der Haustür 5 Stockwerke von der Stadtmauer zum Flussniveau herunter fahren und gleich mitten drin sein -einfach toll
Die kleine Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, das Bad modern und sogar eine Auswahl von Kopfkissen war möglich. Die Betreuung durch das Personal vor Ort war vorbildlich
Leider ist die Qualität des Schlafsofas nur mittelmäßig und das Apartment doch recht eng.

Great location in old town close to an amazing place for breakfast. Staff was very helpful.
Photos on the website don’t do justice - the apartment is a pocket size ( good for 1 person, not for 2 - unless you are happy to sleep on uncomfortable sofa. Air conditioner didn’t work, we were melting in a heat of 35 degrees.
