Property is clean, well organized with 1 BR on main floor which worked very well for my mother who cannot climb the VERY steep stairs to the four BR on the 2nd floor. Family friendly-we used the area on the glass enclosed porch to do puzzles and liked that we could close a sliding door to separate the porch from the living room where adults could talk. Pet friendly and no animal smells. Hardwood on main floor was beautiful. Kitchen stove and oven work well. There was salt, pepper and garlic salt in the cupboard.
-2 min drive to beautiful sandy beach and bouys (to show kids where to stop) just south of Suttons Bay.
-At night you hear road noise although it is decreased with less traffic 11pm to 7 am. Earplugs will help light sleepers.
-We did dishes by hand since liquid was supplied and I did not bring my own dishwasher detergent. We would have liked more than 9 spoons in cutlery drawer.
-Coffee maker requires a V shaped filter so bring those if you want coffee!
-Older siding with some mold discoloration in the shade. This is not a problem, but may be an area for a wash.

Location was great. Rental was comfortable, plenty of room for 4 people. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds.
Kitchen was well stocked- minus a toaster.
No toaster for our 3 night stay. notified host on day 1.
Unable to get the TV to work-Roku. Contacted host with attempts made to resolve without success. Shower doors on main level were off track when we arrived. Many windows were unlocked and window in living room was open.
