No devolución de la fianza, de forma totalmente injusta

Es una pena. Seguramente podríamos decir muchas cosas positivas del apartamento, pero injustamente no nos han devuelto la fianza y eso ha eclipsado todo lo demás.

Llevamos 20 años usando Booking y es la primera vez que un propietario no nos devuelve la fianza. Nos dicen que hemos causado desperfectos a una mesa, que parece que la madera ha absorbido humedad y la hemos estropeado. Y nos han cobrado 75 euros por ello. Hemos usado el apartamento únicamente para dormir y en ningún momento hemos utilizado la mesa para nada. Si hay algún desperfecto, no ha sido causado por nosotros. Por lo tanto, nos parece totalmente injusta la no devolución íntegra de la fianza. Realmente es una lástima, en circunstancias normales habríamos hecho una reseña positiva, pero nos vemos obligados a valorar muy negativamente esta injusticia, teniendo que dar la peor de las valoraciones.

Una estancia muy agradable y cómoda en un apartamento bien equipado, fresquito y cerca de la playa, ideal para descansar

Apartamento muy cómodo para 6 personas. La terraza es grande y perfecta para disfrutar al aire libre. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el apartamento se mantiene fresquito incluso en los días más calurosos. La urbanización es tranquila y está muy cerca de la playa, lo que es un plus. Todo estuvo correcto durante nuestra estancia.

Como único detalle a mejorar, la litera no era demasiado cómoda.

Apartamento muy cómodo para 6 personas. La terraza es grande y perfecta para disfrutar al aire libre. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el apartamento se mantiene fresquito incluso en los días más calurosos. La urbanización es tranquila y está muy cerca de la playa, lo que es un plus. Todo estuvo correcto durante nuestra estancia.

Como único detalle a mejorar, la litera no era demasiado cómoda.
