Very good location, 2 minute walk from the under ground train station and a great spot with pubs, groceries stores cafes and pretty much every thing in-between, great location.
Bit of a maze to find your room but we got there in the end, you can hear every single foot step in the building as it’s all very tight.
Pays to be a deep sleeper.

Easy to communicate through WhatsApp with clear directions. Just know you are getting a simple, clean room for a simple price. It is bare-bones, fulfilling basic needs such as a clean place to sleep, shower, toilet. There is also a microwave, a refrigerator, and AC. Everything is made of basic quality. Easy access to the main road and transportation. They also kindly fulfilled my request to check in a little earlier.
No other staff besides housekeeping (who are very nice). It is an unmarked location, so it can make you feel suspicious when you first check in. The unit also looked less furnished than the photos. Otherwise, it did the job.

The room was spacious and the air con was useful during the heatwave. The shower room is very small, but it was clean.
It’s extremely noisy, you’re either dealing with traffic and people shouting outside, or the maids and other guests which you can hear at all hours.
The bed was really uncomfortable and only two pillows.
