Apartment was very clean and spacious with everything you needed for a self catering stay.in a great location, shops cafes,supermarkets,shopping mall ,bus stops and underground all within a 5 minute walk. Apartment is in a quiet area with car parking available at the property, very grateful for the fan that was in the living room, towels were provided as was washing up liquid and powder for the washing machine

All rooms were clean with enough supplies necessary for my week stay. The patio area was a good touch to be able to sit out. I was confused by the negative reviews I saw on google, because in general I was very happy staying in my apartment. Communication was also very easy via call/WhatsApp; Lawrence was very helpful with any doubts I had!
Gate and front door should be kept locked because it makes it very easy for people to enter in and out without needing a key.

Location was good. Easy to find.
The sofa bed wasn’t great. The cleaners took the key out of the key safe when we were still there which caused a bit of stress, but huge thanks to the emergency contact for getting us access to the apartment though he was brilliant. Would suggest more fans in the summer though as only having one in the apartment wasn’t great in this weather.

The place was located close to the underground tube and local shopping and eating for that part of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and clean.
It was not easy to access entry into the place as there is no office, just a phone # to call; which took a long time for a response as we stood out on the sidewalk. Later there was no answer to our phone calls when wanting to ask for another fan and towels.
The shower glass over the tubs did not seal on the bottom so water would leak out on the floor after each shower.
