Was the nicest resort we have stayed at, the room was spotless, food was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, in particular Yanis and Melina they were so friendly and always so helpful and couldn’t do more for us. Thank you for making our stay even better!

New nice resort with good infrastructure and nice staff. Especially Georgios and Malina.
I think the food is too blend and boring and doesn’t respond nor to the expectations of a 5 stars hotel, neither it represents the great tasty cuisine of Crete. Lack of choices, varieties. Also I seriously missed a proper reading lamp by the bed, lighting is bad in the rooms. I also think that for this much money, always needing to pay for water is not elegant to say the least. Calculate the extra 100 euros in the price and look more generous!

Good location, friendly staff, great food at pool restaurant.
Very small room that smelt badly of the drains. No sea view as advertised. Breakfast not great. Felt like poor value for money compared to other similar hotels we have stayed at in Crete.
