Located in West Loop of Chicago, and very handy to bus and metro (blue line) stop Chicago/Milwaukee - literally across the road. The apartment was really comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the balcony several times during our stay, sitting outside with morning coffee. We also loved the rooftop communal area with outdoor lounges, gas fires and BBQs - great views at night! We had to contact the owners regarding changing of emails for access, with general questions, and to ask for an extended checkout - their replies were prompt and they were really helpful. We also appreciated the dishwasher tablets and clothes wash detergent which were supplied (not many places do this any more).
I hadn't used the SaltoKS phone app before, so that took a bit of figuring out to download and get working.

My daughters and I stayed at the penthouse for 10 days in July 2025. The accommodation is very comfortable, nicely decorated, has a very practical kitchen with all new appliances, 2 super functional bathrooms, and not to forget an amazing private terrace right of the penthouse with amazing views of Chicago. We loved the extra amenities of the building, that is the big rooftop terrace and the gym. Location is super, with the blue line subway right around the corner. We enjoyed our all girls (mother and daughters) trip and would definitely recommend the penthouse. Ideal for 2 couples or a family.
