The lodge was beautiful, very spacious, great location and clean.
3 things -
1. The microwave didn't work.
2. The shower (bathroom closest to the livingroom) drain must be clogged or something as we had a very quick shower and the water was almost overflowing.
3. The beds are very uncomfortable unfortunately. Also the towels and bedding could do with some laundry conditioner or cleanser as it smelt a bit unpleasant.

A little shuttle bus to take you upto swimming pool and where the evening entertainment was. We were away down the Glen area and my company was two elderly people the walk was a distance for them.

Good lodge facilities.
Hot tub at the pool was out of use for 2 days.
A second car parking space is needed for a lodge catering for 6 people. A good

Space was good. A large kitchen and good sized bathrooms. The decking would be lovely in nice weather.
The lounge/other rooms had numerous broken blinds and dirty curtains. The microwave was broken, there weren’t enough knifes (cutlery) for 6 people. Only one shelf in the oven made using it difficult. The WiFi (both lodge and park) didn’t work beyond the first day. The TV signal also didn’t work meaning we had no TV or were able to use devices to watch things in the evening.
The family bathroom wasn’t clean (hair around the sink and shower), smelt and has mould growing in the shower.
The blinds were covered in dead insects and were thin, combined with no curtains means the bedrooms get light early.
Some beds (one single in the bedroom next to the family bathroom, underneath the window) and the master bedroom have uncomfortable or worn mattresses.
The master en-suite was clean but had mould growing in the shower.
The property just felt as though it either hadn’t been used for a long time or perhaps just poorly cleaned/prepared. There were cobwebs everywhere.
