Fantastisk oplevelse hos Coconut Camp!
Vi blev samlet op af deres safaribil, lidt væk fra campen - allerede der startede safari oplevelsen!
Vi ankom i tusmørke, så campen var lyst op med petroleumslamper hele vejen rundt.
Kokken havde lavet en overdådig aftensmad - flere små retter, som smagte fantastisk!
En nat i teltet, men en rislende bæk og lyden af jungle i baggrunden
Vi bookede en halv dags safari med Sanda - virkelig en god oplevelse! Han er en dygtig guide og fantastisk formidler!
En klar anbefaling, hvis man vil have ægte jungle vibes!

This was a wonderful experience, staying in the middle of a sugar cane plantation in a tent. There are only two tents and we were the only ones there. It is very close to the safari park entry. When we arrived Sanda had lunch ready for us then after a short rest he gave us a tour around the river and sugar cane. He is very knowledgeable of everything there. We had a delicious dinner and a very welcoming cold shower (there is no hot water). Listening to the animals and the sound of the river at night is so relaxing. In the morning Sanda took us on our safari and to all the right places and we experienced a lot of elephants up very close. I would most definitely recommend this place for a more authentic stay

Die Lage mitten im Dschungel ist der Wahnsinn. Direkt am Fluss, der frisch aus der Natur kommt, wo man baden kann(15m weiter ist ein Naturpool 1,75m tief) liegen nur 2 sehr grosse Wohnzelte, mit Ventilstor, 2 Betten, Bad, Dusche und Veranda. Der Inhaber zaubert ein super Essen zu jeder Zeit. 3000 Lkr mega fair und reichlich unter Fakelfeuer. Limonensaft gibts frisch von dem Land. Jeaptour im gleichnamigen Nationalpark kosten 4h nur 48 USD. Wir sahen knapp 20 Elefanten, mit Herde, Baby, relaixt und glücklich. Mit Taxi wird man für 12000 LKR ab Ella abgeholt, wbenso bis Dickwella Beacharea gebracht Er gibt sich super Mühe, alle 3 Leuten waren super bemüht. Eine Ruheoase mit Junglesound. Besser gehts nicht. Tausend Dankw
