The property was centrally located and they allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than our check in time, which was really useful. Well equipped and clean! The rooms are a great size (I loved the historic feel the place)

In the kitchen, having access to a cooking hob would have been really useful. We were only staying for two nights but would have saved more money if we were able to cook in the apartment. Plug in electric hobs are a great addition! Also, with the central location, there is a lot of noise from outside on a Friday or Saturday night as I think taxis convene beneath the windows as late night venues close- not a problem, just make sure to pack your earplugs.

It could be a little better equipped. There were no coat hangers. More kitchen equipment required.

Beautiful high ceiling bedroom. Simple little kitchen area and with shops on the doorstep so it was easy to cater for my son, but hardly needed as the cafe downstairs in just so lovely - as are the owners & their staff.

It is noisy at night because of the central location, but that was fine - it does warn you on the booking info. My son and I just enjoyed a late night with local family and it was very quiet in the morning for a good lie in.

The apartment was lovely, especially the Shower & Toilet room. The location was great.

There was no double grazing & the windows were in very poor condition. They were old iron windows & one of them was cracked & had insolating tape on the same window. They were both stained brown & needed replacing. The wall in the Bedroom was origionally damp & had some kind of primer painted over it & was not painted over. One night i heard a dripping sound when it was raining which woke me up. I am not sure where the dripping sound came from. I went up to Homefirst for the Food & Wine festival & i was kept awake for the 3 nights i stayed, as the Air B&B was in the centre of town & because there was no double glazing. There was no information available for the wifi code in the apartment & i was not able to use the heating, as it was very complcated to use. The Netflix was not available to watch & i emailed the owner but he did not reply to my email. On the day of my arrival i did not know the code to gain access to my apartment & i called the phone number to ask for assitance. A man from the cafe dowstairs came up & answered. He asked me why i did not look at the email with all the info & i explained i had not received an email. He looked through my emails & was unable to find any emails relating to my stay, from Friday 11th Sep until 14th Sep. He told me to take the key inside the door on the rack & he typed in the code without telling me. He said he had to go back down to the cafe below as he was busy & i did not see what the code was. So i asked to tell me, as i had not seen what it was. I did not find him to be very patient & i later discovered, the next day, when he was off work, that he was the owner. This was how i found out the wifi code, from the cafe assistant. I took photos of the heater & the infimation sheet for your reference, as i fiund it difficult to know how to use it. I also took photos of the rail with two hangers for your clothes.
