Great location, quite close to the train station and downtown, very friendly and supportive staff, reasonable price and good value for the money.

I liked the staff, at least interaction with the manager/owner was very good, clear, and friendly, I understand they would have been swamped with requests due to their strategic location for the CIM (marathon). So I'm grateful for their openness and accommodation to my requests for late checkout because I didn't know how the marathon would impact my ability to check out. I also lost my key, which is my mistake but they were gracious about it.
It was a little dirty but this was acknowledged by the establishment, they said they were undergoing remodelling so I completely understand that however, in case you get a room that might be undergoing renovation, it will be a little dirtier than perfect. I knew this going in and they assured me I could get another cleaner room but I was in a rush and just said "give me what you got."

We were there overnight, about 12 hours, so its affordability couldn't be beat. We got what we paid for.
Room was older-looking, with the basics a hotel can offer, but for the time we stayed, we didn't need anything fancy, just a room to sleep in.
