Отличный отель, небольшой и уютный, есть все, что необходимо, в подвале бассейн, хамам, сауна, есть лифт (хотя всего 3 этажа),замечательный завтрак в формате шведского стола, персонал очень вежливый, все пожелания учитывались тут же. все на пятерочку!

The room was a good size and comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was a good selection. The location was close to Magic City, which I would recommend for an evening visit.
The name of this hotel on yandex/maps/outside the door is 5Wood, not The Wood Hotel & Spa. Despite the hotel sending me a long message about how to get there this important fact wasn't mentioned! On arrival, the welcome was abrupt and didn't feel very professional. Our room itself was good, but the toilet door did not close, the shower and basin leaked, the AC was working badly and there were regular power cuts. They did manage to fix the AC and the power cuts stopped, but for the price we paid, I feel we could have got better value elsewhere.
