Easy to find, easy access. Spacious, fabulous bathroom. Good location for early flight next day
Personally I don’t like memory foam mattress

Everything was excellent and exactly as described and as the pictures. It was perfect for an overnight stay but would happily have stopped longer had I needed to. Plenty of space and really comfortable bed, beats a chain hotel by a long way.
Shower was excellent, bath looks glorious but I'm not a bath person myself but I can imagine those that are do like a bath will find this one a majestic experience, it's a vast and magnificent structure. There's a fridge, freezer, kettle, plenty of supplied coffee, sugar, milk (Didn't look for tea bags as I don't drink tea), cups, everything you could need for a short stay in the area.
Slept great on the bed, it's nice and forgiving with enough softness to sink into (I hate beds that are like sleeping on the floor) but still offers plenty of support.
MY FAULT - But do NOT follow Google Maps. That takes you to number 39, this property is NOT at number 39 but a higher number on the same street.
To complicate matters, number 39 has a key lockbox outside almost identical to this property which just reinforced that I was at the correct place and led to me unnecessarily bothering my host due to my own tiredness / incompetence, but it's easy done if you just trust the mapping service which has this labelled and pinned as being in the wrong place. However my host was quick and helpful to get me to the correct location so thank you again for that.

It’s in a good location to get to where we needed to be.
No hand towel in bathroom. No bath mat. There is a plastic shower mat. But you need to have bath mat as floor is slippery when wet. Bed was ok ish. Bedding not great. Very hot room one fan is not enough for the space. Have to keep curtains closed all the time as bedroom on ground floor no blinds on windows or privacy screens.
