Accessibility and comfort should be prioritised. The bedroom links to another person’s room.

Access was an issue and the bathroom had no tissue!

Fine for my purposes but not an apartment as shown on the booking site.

The en-suite shower works fine. The room has a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee (no milk provided though)

This is a room with an en-suite shower and toilet, which is fine for my purposes but it isn't an apartment as shown on the booking site. It has its own outside door, so it isn't necessary to use the house front door. It has a connecting door to the house to access the shared kitchen/lounge (which I didn't use). The TV doesn't work. The supplied towel is small. The host didn't message me with access instructions as promised, however someone did answer the door when I knocked.

The room n bath was very neat but the host is deceptive. He mentioned cooking could be done in the kitchen on the house

The room and bathroom was quite neat and well located. The family living in the apartment were also neat and the baby stuffs didn’t really affect anything but I think the host wasn’t been truthful in the apartment description. He said cooking could be done in the kitchen but when I got there he said I only had access to w microwave. Also, I didn’t get to use the WiFi throughout my stay and he said it’s the WiFi company but the host had WiFi in his own apartment. That’s really unkind too.

The fact that the host wasn’t truthful in his description on booking.com.

Worst stay i've ever experienced

Plenty of parking, that's about it.

Listing said no children allowed but when I arrived a young couple with a very young baby were in the room next door. When I queried this the owner said they were resident to the property and no children were allowed in the room I was in! The couple were considerate and the child was quiet but I felt uncomfortable and that I couldn't sit in the living room as they had made it their own. The hallway was cluttered with baby items and the kitchen also had food left in pans on the stove and items unwashed in the sink. Couldn't find pans for me to cook my own food. The garden furniture in the listing are also not there so nowhere to sit in the garden. Shower is a walk in one and was hot but very small so things get wet ie loo roll etc. Table in the room was very small to eat on and when I opened the top drawer of the cupboard and put items in, the entire cupboard fell forward. One redeeming thing was the bed was comfortable however the pillows were non existent. I booked for 12 nights and told the owner was leaving after 3 and that I would pay £35 per night for the nights I stayed and that I expected a refund of the rest. I still haven't received anything apart from £21 credits from Booking.com who i won't be using again either as their customer service was also very poor. Overall a shocking place to stay.
