Situated in a historic brick building, this apartment was completely renovated from the studs out in 2024. This stunning space blends historic character with modern luxury. Boasting soaring 13-foot ceilings, expansive windows, and an abundance of natural light, the apartment offers an open and airy feel reminiscent of an NYC loft.
Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and an oversized island perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make your stay hassle-free. Gather around the large dining table with your friends or relax in the open living room, featuring two separate seating areas, including a spacious sectional. All furnishings are custom-designed to provide a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed with a large walk-in closet, a TV, and a floor-length mirror. The luxurious en-suite bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, dual vanities, and heated floors for added comfort. The second guest bedroom includes a cozy queen-size bed, two closets, TV, and easy access to a full bath with a shower/tub combination and dual vanities, located just down the hallway. There is an additional office/guest space that offers a queen-size murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements!
For your convenience, all TV’s are equipped with Wi-Fi – making it easy for you to connect to your favorite streaming platform. Wi-Fi is included! Our apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6, and no pets allowed – sorry!

This apartment was awesome. While the photos featuring the property were gorgeous the actuality was even more impressive. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. The main living area - living room and dining table and kitchen were perfect. Modern. Stylish. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful. Access was easy. And best of all was the location. You are right in the middle of restaurants, shops and of course, wine tasting.

This property was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Great location, modern and clean, beautifully decorated, tons of room. It was a very short walk to the main activities of downtown. The owner provided us with a bottle of their signature wine "Dossier" and it was delicious. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

A true gem! First off, the condo itself is amazing: Spacious, modern, with high-end finishes, furnishings, appliances… and clean! Beds were comfy and parking was easy. Downtown location is ideal, though early birds should take note that the beer parlor below the unit stays open late. Absolutely would love to stay here again!

Very clean and stylish apartment. Excellent host service. Wine tasting below was excellent. Really enjoyed the location downtown could walk to almost everything in downtown area. Would highly recommend!
