Enjoyed our weeks holiday here.

Outside space. Homely feel. Quiet area.

General upgrading required. e.g. kitchen floor tiles broken. Some light bulbs missing. Shower curtain in en-suite needing replaced. Smell of damp in en-suite. To dispose of rubbish at end of our stay street bins were not nearby. With an early morning departure this meant a late night beforehand.

Las paredes internas de la casa llenas de moho, se notaba el olor nada más entrar, tuvimos que comprar nosotros lejía y desinfectante para limpiar e intentar mejorar un poco las condiciones higiénico sanitarias. En el exterior se nota que falta de mantenimiento, hay mala hierba que crece entre las baldosas, las mangueras completamente cocidas por el sol, en general necesitaria una buena reforma.

The great position was let down by the general standard of the accommodation. Very disappointing.

Position is really excellent and outside area acceptable but not properly prepared in advance for renters. Swimming pool was adequate once access had been improved after converting a ridiculous 2 rung entry step which was completely impractical especially for children and older renters to a 4 step entry. The roof to the outside dining area was in need of repair. The carport entry was very hazardous and uneven.

The villa generally needed substantial maintenance work to windows, mouldy walls and lighting. There was no information book for using equipment i.e. cooker and television, remote controls either had dead batteries or none at all. Kitchen ceiling and under unit lights either did not work, continuously flashed or contained copious dead or dying wasps. The local Interhome office did respond quickly to many of our concerns but should have ensured all was in order prior to our arrival. The only review on the Interhome site was from 2025, which we had not seen before booking, was very negative and mention of the BBQ ash tray having a large hole which Interhome acknowledged and stated had all been rectified was found not to be the case during our stay with the ash tray condition unchanged. All very disappointing.
