Hakone a great, relaxing stay while travelling in Japan. The location is just outside the main centre and is quiet.
The futons are on the floor but comfortable. Lots of linen and the shower and bathroom is great. It is very quiet from outside noise at night except for the rush of water as the river flows.
The decor needs a bit of tidy up and clean. The "indoor tin roof" facade needs to be cleaned and some of the decor needs a brightening up. Only noise one night from guests who arrived in late and stayed up for a while.

The place was next to the river, and it sounded very nice all the time we stayed in the room. It was very good stay.
But I request to make the check-in process more convenient and smooth. Also i felt the entry door of the property is bit confusing.

安い割に自動雀卓やさまざまなボードゲーム•漫画があり退屈しなかった。
アリが出てきたりと衛生面に不安有り。照明も暗く調子が悪かった。また、問い合わせメッセージを無視したり当日に連絡がつかないなどチェックインできるまで泊まれるかわからなかった。
