The stairs would be an issue for the elderly.

Lovely spacious apartment, modern decor, comfy beds, basics: towels, soaps, tea and coffee, biscuits.
Nothing major, wooden doors a bit sticky getting into property. Just on street parking which might mean further up the street to park as can be busy,however was able to drive closer to property to load bags when we left.
