A lovely wee flat, great location, huge TV. Very clean and comfy.

The flat was very clean and the equipment was great. It could have done with some tea, coffee, sugar, and possibly games and books. But as it's a very new rental, I'm sure these things will come in time.

There is actually ANOTHER 74A just by this property! So we got confused first time. The directions were clear, however, but after a long drive, and trusting sat nav, we went to the other one, two doors down. The hot water in the shower goes from hot to cold. This is being looked at. I have communicated with the manager about some of the small niggles in the flat, which he has assured me will be sorted. So I'm reassured that the flat will be top notch for the next guests. Information about access to outsdie facilities like the washing line and bins would be helpful.
