Horrible experience - do not book

Nothing - it was a stressful experience

Communication with the owner was extremely poor. It was not the property we booked and paid for. Apparently the one we booked had an infestation - this was not communicated until we landed and was provided with an alternative address. The apartment wasn’t the standard we booked. It was grubby, the bathroom was dreadful, the aircon in one bedroom was leaking - we immediately advised the owner of the aircon leak and that we were not happy with the standard and wanted a refund. He offered us another apartment but by then we had lost confidence We booked alternative accommodation and DID NOT stay in the apartment. We received no refund or apology.

Ubicación excelente , espacioso, bonito , cómodo, camas cómodas , 3 baños, ideal para 4 personas.

Elementos de cocina y amenities un poco escasos. Aunque el anuncio lo indicaba (yo no lo vi), el lavaplatos no estaba operativo. En Algún baño la limpieza era mejorable.
