Cannot fault the location, just steps from Piazza Navona and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Given its location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet inside (big tick) and there are plenty of lovely local restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.
Comfortable and nicely styled apartment, with enough room for two of us.
Split system AC was effective and well used as it was hot during our stay.
Excellent, responsive hosts. The Welcome Book contained lots of information and recommendations and was very useful.
Apartment is on the third floor, with no elevator and may not be suitable for some travellers.
The “key” to access the building and apartment is a scan code on your mobile phone - we were a bit worried how we’d get in and out if there was any kind of outage, as there is no physical key. It was all fine, but the first time we’d encountered such a system.
Note that the second “bedroom” is not a separate room, but a bed in the living/dining area - this is displayed in the photos, but different to what I as expecting, as there was no other seating (eg. sofa or armchair).
Some aspects of kitchen & bathroom supplies were a little scarce - only 4 coffee pods for 2 people for a 4 night stay, no tea towels for drying dishes, no cooking utensils (even though there is a cooktop & pots/pans) and no toaster or microwave.

Location, building was great. The apartment itself is also enough for a short trip.
The apartment is worn down, and when i had issues, i didn’t get the response from the owners in a timely manner. E.g. around 23 pm i found out that no warm water is running, i messaged the property, but since it wasn’t emergency i decided to wait till morning since their operation hours start at 8 am. Around 9 am with no response, I fixed it myself after doing a web research. The moment I notified the property, they replied immediately, so it was strange why they didn’t try to help me between 8am and the moment I wrote them. And next situation was day before checkout, I asked them about luggage storage if they provide, and again, no reply whatsoever. Given the price and exceptional rating, I was expecting a little bit better service.

Excellent location and new furniture
Kitchen and bathroom were cheap and had multiple issues and many taps/cupboards were broken or damaged. We struggled to get hot water from the shower and it was not powerful. On day one the downstairs neighbour warned us that noise travelled in between the apartments because of the wooden floors, which meant we were very conscious of our two children walking around. When we arrived there was no toilet roll but some was delivered later that evening. We also had issues with getting into the apartment and building doors as it was completely reliant on mobile phone signal which was difficult between the thick walls.
