L’appartement est clair et bien agencé.
Il est relativement bien équipé.
Il est proche de la gare centrale de Bologne.
C’est un bon rapport qualité / prix.
Le ménage n’a pas été fait partout (moutons de poussière sous les lits).
Seulement 2 lits ont été préparés alors que nous étions 3 adultes. Nous avons signalé ce problème et demandé des draps supplémentaires, pas de réponse du propriétaire.
Latence dans les réponses en matière d'organisation (possibilité d'arriver plus tôt, possibilité de laisser les bagages) mais plusieurs messages inutiles (rappelant de laisser l’appartement propre, rangé et à la bonne heure sinon application de frais supplémentaires).
Machine à laver ok mais pas de branchement pour sèche linge.

Apartamento totalmente recomendable. Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de la estación de tren de Bolonia y también muy cerca del centro, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad y hacer excursiones en tren.
El apartamento es amplio, moderno y prácticamente nuevo. Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado, y nos resultó muy cómodo durante toda la estancia. Además de estar en una zona muy tranquila.
Hemos estado muy a gusto y, sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí si regresamos a Bolonia. Muy buena experiencia.
Lo único que señalaría es que había bastantes mosquitos en la habitación. Entiendo perfectamente que esto no depende del anfitrión ni es culpa del alojamiento, pero creo que es útil comentarlo para que futuros huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta y puedan llevar algún repelente.

Faltaba un poco de limpieza, principalmente la cocina.
